When most people think of oral health, they think of dental health. But oral health is so much more than just teeth! Oral health is a window into overall health, and is linked to countless conditions including cardiovascular disease, pregnancy and birth outcomes, pneumonia, HIV/AIDS, diabetes, cancer, and Alzheimer's disease, among others. Yet, oral health is often left out of the Global Health agenda.

Join the Johns Hopkins Center for Global Health and Solidarity Dental Foundation for a two-day global oral health event in Feinstone Hall at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health as we bring together experts from oral health, global health, and medicine to explore the importance of integrating oral health into broader global health systems. We'll have engaging keynote speakers, panel discussions, and interactive sessions focused on health equity, access to care, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. Whether you're a healthcare provider, global health researcher, or an advocate, you'll gain valuable insights into the interconnectedness of oral with overall health and explore actionable strategies to address disparities in care across the globe.
